"Credit Risk & Enterprises 1" Module is part of the "Certified Chief Risk Officer (C-CRO)" training program. The "Certified Sustainability Officer (ESG)" certification by the "Hellenic Association of Risk Managers" is awarded only to Association’s members and they keep their title as long as they are up to date regarding their membership. The H.A.RI.MA. first year’s registration fee is free of charge for the attendees that successfully graduate from the certificate program.
The aim of the module is to present modern Credit Risk valuation techniques. At the end of the course, participants will be able to properly understand and use the basic credit risk management tools, both theoretically and, above all, from a practical point of view. For each methodology, its advantages as well as its weaknesses will be analyzed.
The seminar is addressed to Managers, credit control executives, financial management departments and all executives involved in the design and implementation of the company's credit policy, as well as to those who face and evaluate the risk involved.
At the end of the seminar, participants will be able to effectively manage credit risk through a holistic approach (Understanding, Credit Limits, Evaluation, Assurance, Invoicing, Monitoring, Collection & Legal claim). They will be able to carry out a credit assessment based on global best practices, identify distressed customers and loans, strengthen their company's credit monitoring system, improve the internal rating system, make proposals based on best collateral and plan the credit strategy of their portfolios.
