"Risk Reporting & Monitoring" Module is part of the "Certified Chief Risk Officer (C-CRO)" and the "Certified Operational Risk Officer (C-ORO)" training programs.
The aim of the program is to present all the basic and subject matter concepts of risk management and ERM methodologies (e.g. COSO, ISO, COBIT5). The life cycle of risk management within ERM, the identification and selection of risks related to an ERM system, Risk Appetite and Tolerance statements, KRIs/KPIs, the needs and practices of continuous monitoring and reporting to management, the synergies and differences from the structure of the three lines of defense, and the provisions and requirements of corporate governance in the context of Law 4706/2020, are some of the key topics that will be covered
Practical applications for the design and development of an ERM systems, guide to risk identification, monitoring and impact assessment, necessary qualifications, capabilities and skills of risk management executives, references to individual risk frameworks (e.g. Compliance, System Security, Third Party Risk Management, Crisis Management, Reputation Risk Management, ERM relation to ESG etc.)
