Dionysis Grigoropoulos was born in Athens in 1971. He holds a degree in Programmer Analyst of the Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus, with a Diploma on Principles of Management from the Hellenic American Association, MBA Logistics from EEDE, as well as a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath. He has 25 years of experience in the organization and management of supply chain, it, sales and management. He served in the 2004 Olympics as a Project Manager for the installation of telematic equipment and management of 5,000 vehicles. He is a founding member of ITS HELLAS and a member of the Board of Directors from 2007 to 2009. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Logistics Company (EEL) ) from 2006 to 2012. He has also participated in the elaboration – implementation of research projects of the European Union. In 2013 he was certified as a specialized partner in the European Union in matters of Transport & Logistics having prepared the project for Combined Transport within the framework of MARCO POLO. Since 2008 he has created the company LogisticsWay that operates in the field of Supply Chain, having so far prepared more than 250 projects offering products and services such as: Supply Chain Management & Transport (Operation Consulting), Implementation of Information Systems, Business and Operational Management, Certification Studies (Carbon Footprint – Green Logistics – TAPA, City Logistics – Last Mile, Amazon Sales Achievement Program. Since 2016 he is AMAZON’s Prefer Partner and in 2020 the Logistics Way was awarded as the best consulting supply chain service company in Greece and represented our country in the corresponding international competition where it ranked 6th in 22 entries. Since January 2014 and until today, it is President in the Association of Cold Industries & Logistics.
