With 20+ years of experience in equity research, asset management, investors relations and transactional advisory, Manos joined Grant Thornton in 2016 and is currently a Director in the TAS division.
Manos stands responsible for the Merger & Acquisition services in Grant Thornton, having participated in several deals both from sell & buy side in Greece, while has also taken part in the composition of independent business review projects, business valuation assignments, numerous debt restructuring proposals and other pitches for project financing and business plan reviews. Previously, he has also worked as Investors Relation Manager for a ATHEX listed private equity vehicle, specializing in alternative forms of investment and as an asset manager in Laiki Bank and in Investment Bank of Greece.
He holds an MBA from the University of Hull, UK, specializing in Financial Management & Investment Risk Assessment, and a BSc in Business Economics and International Technology from the University of Lincoln, UK.
