Stefanos during the last 5 years he has managed several Due Diligence projects like: Bye Side Due Diligence for software and real estate companies, Carve out Financial Due diligence for an automotive company specialised in the RAC market, Vendor Due diligence and special transaction support for the disposal of a Greek pharmaceutical company and several IBR projects, business plan reviews and liquidation projects.
Last but not least, during his 4-years career as a Senior Due Diligence Consultant in E&Y he has great expertise in industries like FMCG, Telecom & Energy. He has also significant experience as Head of Accounting & Finance in Loumidis Coffee shops and a Financial Planning Analyst at Olympic Group, subsidiary of MIG.
