Human Error Risk

Description

According to international research, human error accounts for 70 to 90 percent of accidents and operational failures. Target Audience

Upon completion of the seminar, participants will be able to.Recognize early warning signs that lead to human error.Redesign critical work points to reduce the likelihood of mistakes.Distinguish individual error from systemic failure.Promote an environment where mistakes are used as improvement opportunities, not reasons for punishment.
