Certified Energy Risk Officer
The "Hellenic Association of Risk Managers" (www.harima.gr) member of FERMA (Federation European of Risk Management Associations, www.ferma.eu) & FECMA (Federation of European Credit Management Associations, www.fecma.eu), with the support of "Academics University of London Worldwide" and SEV and in collaboration with the "Risk Training Institute" of ICAP CRIF, present the "Certified Energy Risk Officer" training program that leads to the corresponding certification after examinations.
The "Certified Energy Risk Officer" certification by the "Hellenic Association of Risk Managers" is awarded only to Association’s members and they keep their title as long as they are up to date regarding their membership. The H.A.RI.MA. first year’s registration fee is free of charge for the attendees that successfully graduate from the certificate program.

Dimitrios N. Koufopoulos is a Visiting Professor, School of Law, CCLS at Queen Mary University, Honorary Research Fellow at Birkbeck University of London and the Director of the Global Online MBA Programmes in University of London. He has held numerous academic positions at Brunel University (2002-2018) and Cardiff University (1991-2002) in UK.
Dimitrios began his career very early, in construction industry –simply put, a builder-as well as a guitar player and singer where he quickly realised that was not good enough. Then, he turned his attention to accounting, where he saw opportunities and potential employment successes.
He gained his university bachelor’s degree in Management from the Athens School of Economics and Business Sciences in Greece, in 1988. Two years later has embarked on postgraduate studies in UK. He earned his MBA at Cardiff Business School, and straight after was employed as a research assistant at Cardiff University, Cardiff business School. He started working on his PhD on Strategic Planning Systems alongside his academic and consulting career.
He has been a Full-Time academic member of staff at Cardiff Business School from 1991 to 2002 and then joined Brunel Business School until April 2018. He publishes extensively in academic journals and every year papers that co-authors are presented in major conferences all over the world.
He has been teaching online and developing online material since 2006; in the early beginning at Universitas 21, then Laureate-Liverpool in 2009, Laureate- Roehampton in 2012 and University of London-Queen Mary in 2016. He has an extensive experience in developing and testing online material and modules; like Learning and Leading in a Dynamic Era, Strategy and Innovation and Strategic Management. He is currently working on the second edition of his textbook “Essentials of Strategic Management” published by Sage in 2012.
His supervisory capabilities have been developed since 1992 and up to now has successfully supervised well above 400 hundred students at UG and PG level as well as over 10 PhD students at Brunel University and currently 3 DBA Students at University of Liverpool.
Back in 1994, alongside his academic career, he set up a boutique consulting firm providing intelligent reports on several business and management issues. In 1998, he set up the Gnosis Management Consultants (www.gnosisconsultants.com), specializing in executive training and niched strategic research. In 2007, he set up the Hellenic Observatory of Corporate Governance (www.hocg.eu), where research on five distinct, important economic sectors for Greece are contacted. Since 2016 is a partner in www.proteas.io a business model innovation consulting firm.

In January 2021, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of AirEnergy S.A., a company focusing on the development of renewable energy projects.
In December 2020, he was appointed General Manager of the Hellenic Association of Energy Suppliers.
He lectures at postgraduate level on energy regulation, at the University of Piraeus, Energy Law and Economics Master’s Degree
Miltos Aslanoglou is involved in numerous consulting projects, supporting governments, organizations, and private companies on regulatory issues, developing climate change national strategies, and designing energy markets.
He served as an Alternate of the Board of Appeals of ACER (Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulator).
Miltos Aslanoglou served as the Vice President of the Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE) from 2010 to 2015 and headed the Energy Markets Monitoring and Competition Department at RAE from 2002. During his period at RAE, he was actively involved in the market design, restructuring, competition, unbundling of activities and the restructuring of end-user tariffs and trading activities in electricity and gas markets. He had a leading role in the public debate regarding the re-organization and the structural reforms in all aspects of the Greek electricity market towards adopting the European Power Target Model.
Before joining the Greek Energy Regulator, he worked for major electricity and natural gas traders in London.
Miltos Aslanoglou is a Mechanical Engineer and holds an M.Sc. in Applied Economics & Finance from Athens University for Business and Economics (AUEB) and an M.Sc. in Environmental Technology, from Imperial College London, UK.

Από τις αρχές του 2022, εργάζεται ως Διευθυντής Προμήθειας, Εμπορίας Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας & Χρηματιστηριακών Αγορών στη ΔΕΠΑ Εμπορίας Α.Ε. Διευθύνει τις δραστηριότητες Προμήθειας και Εμπορίας Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας, Αντιστάθμισης Κινδύνων του Ενεργειακού Χαρτοφυλακίου και Συναλλαγών Ενεργειακών Παραγώγων.
Από το 2009 έως και το 2021 εργάστηκε ως Trader, Portfolio Manager, Head of Energy Trading και Managing Director σε εταιρείες Εμπορίας Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Κεντρικής & Νοτιοανατολικής Ευρώπης (CSEE).
Έχει διατελέσει Μέλος Δ.Σ. σε εταιρείες Εμπορίας Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας και εταιρείες ανάπτυξης έργων Ανανεώσιμων Πηγών Ενέργειας στην Ελλάδα, τη Σερβία, τη Βουλγαρία, τη Βόρεια Μακεδονία και την Αλβανία.
Έχει ασχοληθεί με το Διασυνοριακό Εμπόριο Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας, το Εμπόριο Φυσικού Αερίου, τις συναλλαγές Ενεργειακών Παραγώγων, τη Διαχείριση Χαρτοφυλακίων Ενέργειας και την Αντιστάθμιση Κινδύνου Ενεργειακών Συναλλαγών. Διαθέτει επίσης εμπειρία στη Λιανική Αγορά Ηλεκτρισμού και την Ανάπτυξη Έργων Ηλεκτροπαραγωγής.
Είχε οριστεί Μέλος Δ.Σ. στον Ελληνικό Σύνδεσμο Εμπορίας & Προμήθειας Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας (ΕΣΕΠΗΕ) από το 2014 έως και το 2018.
Έχει πιστοποιηθεί ως Διαπραγματευτής Ενεργειακών Προϊόντων στο Ευρωπαϊκό Χρηματιστήριο Ενέργειας (ΕΕΧ), το Χρηματιστήριο Ενέργειας της Ουγγαρίας (HUPX) και το Ελληνικό Χρηματιστήριο Ενέργειας (ΗΕΝΕΧ).
Ο Χρήστος Βασιλείου είναι Μηχανολόγος Μηχανικός ΕΜΠ με κατεύθυνση στη Βιομηχανική Διοίκηση & Επιχειρησιακή Έρευνα. Είναι κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών (MSc) «Ενέργεια: Στρατηγική, Δίκαιο & Οικονομικά» του Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς.
