"Health and Safety Risk" Module is part of the "Certified Chief Risk Officer (C-CRO)" and the " Certified Operational Risk Officer (C-ORO)" training programs.
Description
The aim of this module is to provide the participants with the necessary knowledge to understand the risks that arise both for the health and safety of the employees and the risks that arise during the operation of an installation. The implications for the company and its customers, as well as the institutions’ for the prevention of risks, are briefly presented. Finally, the ways for their modern management are mentioned.

Founder (1992) and Managing Director at ERGONOMIA S.A. He has worked for the creation of occupational risk prevention institutions in Greece (Ministry of Labour, TEE, ELOT) and in the EU (Commission, DG V, Luxembourg). He has many years of experience from a large number of enterprises in all sectors: industry, technical works, trade and services. He has served as Deputy Director General of the Hellenic Institute of Occupational Health and Safety, from which he was honoured for his "contribution to the creation and promotion of workers in industry, technical works, trade and services. He has served as General Director of the Hellenic Institute of Occupational Health and Safety, from which he was honoured for his "contribution to the creation and promotion of workers' enterprises in health and safety in general in our country". He has studied Production Engineering (B. Sc., Aston Univ., 1982) and Ergonomos (M. Sc, Birmingham Univ., 1984).
