Description

The aim of the seminar is to present and address the reputational risk of a business. The ingredients of the reputation and the way it is built over time are presented in detail, as well as how this reputation can suddenly be damaged with similar consequences for the business. At the same time, extensive reference is made to crisis management planning and the most effective communication tactics
